SEED has both clean and dirty makerspaces with a variety of tools.
Tools and equipment
SEED has all the equipment to help you learn, innovate, and amplify yourself or your business. Ranging from 3D printing, Podcasting, Sewing, and so much more SEED has something for everyone. In alignment with our educational mission there is both in person and online training in the technical equipment at SEED.
The computer lab at SEED has 12 computers ranging from rasberry pi's up to cutting edge AI machines.
This space has podcasting, video recording, virtual reality, cameras, go pro's and more.
This space hosts 3-D printers, Laser Cutter, Sewing Machines, Embroidery, Heat press, Vinyl Cutter, and more.
SEED has 3 pods and 1 conference space that is available for reservation by the hour or day. $10 an hour for pods or $30 per day.
This space has a large cnc router table, woodshop, and variety of tools to help you build your dreams.
SEED spaces can be reserved for specific events that align with SEED’s mission in education and the community. Email SEED@longwood.edu to inquire about space utilization.
